I want to Gift Aid my donation to Cats Protection and any donations I make in the future or have made in the past 4 years. I am a UK taxpayer and understand that if I pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax in the current tax year than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all my donations it is my responsibility to pay any difference. I will inform Cats Protection if I am no longer eligible to claim Gift Aid and if my name or address change. Gift Aid can only be applied to donations and not on ticket sales.
